4. Confidentiality: I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the recording process and understand that this obligation extends beyond the publication of the podcast episode.
5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless **"In the Zone" Podcast** and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from my actions or content I provide during my participation in the podcast.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Either party may cancel or request rescheduling of the recording session with reasonable notice. Specific terms regarding cancellation and rescheduling are as follows: 24 Hours prior to the date and time of the show
7. Promotional Use: I consent to the use of the Material, in part or in whole, for promotional purposes related to **"In the Zone" Podcast** without further compensation.
8. Feedback and Corrections: I shall have the right to review and request corrections to the Material prior to publication, provided such requests are reasonable and made within a specified timeframe.
9. Duration of Agreement: This agreement is effective as of the date signed and shall remain in effect indefinitely unless terminated by mutual agreement of both parties.
10. Entire Agreement: This document contains the entire agreement between the parties regarding my participation in **"In the Zone" Podcast** and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.
